We're currently hiring Superintendent positions: Commercial Superintendent You’ll lead renovation and ground-up projects in the commercial, education, science/tech, pharma, and light healthcare sectors. Most of our work is metal-framed , with demanding schedules and high-quality expectations. Ideal Experience: 5+ years leading commercial or institutional construction projects Strong background with steel framing, labs, tech, or education facilities Comfortable managing fast-paced jobs with tight tolerances Skilled in coordinating subcontractors, inspections, and safety protocols Multi-Family Superintendent You’ll oversee the construction of garden-style, market-rate apartments across Dane County. These are ground-up projects focused on quality, livability, and efficient build timelines. Ideal Experience: 5+ years of multi-family construction (market-rate or affordable) Experience with wood frame, slab-on-grade, and site coordination Excellent field leadership and communication skills Strong knowledge of local codes and scheduling tools Why Join Us?
