Job Description
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on construction sites. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Manage subcontractors effectively. Coordinate construction schedules. Maintain high-quality standards on all projects. Essential Skills
5+ years of commercial construction experience. Proficiency in construction management software. Proven track record of managing commercial or residential construction projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification. Work Environment
The work will be conducted onsite in Norfolk. This is an opportunity to help start a new region for a rapidly growing and expanding contractor. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
