Job Description
A leading concrete repair contractor is seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee and manage restoration projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of construction initiatives, focusing on concrete repair and restoration. Responsibilities
Manage and oversee concrete restoration projects from start to finish. Coordinate with teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Handle project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and submittals. Utilize Procore for project management and documentation purposes. Implement and maintain safety protocols on site. Essential Skills
Proficiency in concrete and concrete repair techniques. Experience in masonry work. Ability to effectively use Procore software. Strong understanding of RFIs, change orders, and submittals. Commitment to upholding safety standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Background in construction management. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a foreman. Work Environment
