Paul Davis Restoration, a national leader in property damage restoration, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our PD Construction division. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity starting with oversight of a commercial reconstruction project in Chippewa Falls, WI. The project will span approximately 8-10 months.
What You'll Do
As the on-site Superintendent, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. You'll be the go-to authority for keeping the project on time, on budget, and up to Paul Davis standards.
- Oversee all field activity for the Chippewa Falls project from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and material deliveries
- Monitor and report on project progress, labor, and costs
- Ensure job site safety compliance and enforce OSHA standards
- Collaborate closely with Project Manager, Estimator, and client representatives
- Maintain accurate job documentation and daily site logs
- Conduct quality checks and ensure all phases meet company and code standards
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to address issues promptly
- 5+ years of construction field supervision experience, preferably in commercial or large-scale residential
- Proven ability to lead job sites and coordinate multiple trades
- Knowledge of construction processes, codes, inspections, and safety practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, or Procore (preferred)
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Ability to travel to and remain onsite in Chippewa Falls for the duration of the project
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
