Superintendent - Tilt-Wall Construction - Raleigh, NC - Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Lead Superintendent on a tilt-wall industrial development in Cary, NC
• Coordinate all site operations, safety protocols, subcontractors, and materials
• Maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6
• Communicate proactively with internal project teams, owners, and vendors
• Enforce job site standards for safety, cleanliness, and quality control
• Lead weekly site meetings and manage day-to-day site logistics

Superintendent - Tilt-Wall Construction - Raleigh, NC - Qualifications:

• 7+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Strong background in tilt-up / tilt-wall construction is required
• Experience using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
