My client is a leading general contractor in the Washington D.C. Metro Area, specializing in large-scale construction projects for the federal government and commercial clients. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.
- Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring that work is being done safely and according to plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years of experience managing large-scale federal government projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
