Superintendent - Vertical Construction

Responsibilities include providing supervisory direction of craft personnel, acting as liaison between field engineering and project craft, coordinating and interfacing effectively with other superintendents and subcontractors, resolving employee conflicts, and ensuring project rules, procedures and programs are followed consistently.

Qualifications include the ability to travel and relocate as needed, 5+ years' work experience in the construction industry, previous knowledge/experience in vertical building setting, advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, demonstrated ability to efficiently supervise and evaluate craft performance, strong work ethic, demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity, passion for safety, strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, and strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
