** Full-Time-Role**
Must Have: Manage and oversee 1-3 active construction projects at a time, varying in size and complexity (usually between 20Million-220Million), with a focus on ground-up educational K-12 OR Healthcare, OR Warehouse, OR Data center, OR Large mixed-use. RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION EXP IS NOT A FIT! Develop and define project scope, schedules (need exp building schedule), and budgets, working closely with clients, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal leadership. Interpret and manage construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Utilize project management software such as Projectmates, Procore, and Primavera (P6). 5-10 years exp working on Large projects 20Million dollars plus. Pay Range- $110,000-$150,000/annum. ******************************************************************************
