Overview: A well-established and respected diverse commercial general contractor is seeking experienced Superintendents to join their growing team. They are looking for someone preferably with casino and gaming ground up experience. This company delivers a wide range of high-profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day field operations on active jobsites
  • Coordinate labor, subcontractors, and materials to maintain schedules and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and field teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and site logs
  • Conduct regular jobsite meetings and provide ongoing progress updates

Ideal Background:

  • MUST HAVE Casino and Gaming ground up experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors across multiple phases of a project
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and documentation
  • Proficiency with field tech such as Procore, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam (or similar)
  • Ability to travel up to 1/3 of the year (only for applicable roles)
