The individual will oversee development and integration of standards, guidelines, and technologies, reporting to the System Program Director, Design and Construction. Responsibilities include: Managing project management tools for capital projects, budgets, and reporting Standardizing application of technology solutions for construction delivery Data organization, communication, and timely execution of deliverables Supporting initiatives for design and construction requirements to achieve value Serving as subject matter expert on equipment, design, construction materials, and methodologies Evaluating systems and processes to establish industry standards Managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement Tracking program schedules and analyzing data for organizational trends Providing technical support during construction phases Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field Minimum 10 years of management experience in healthcare project or facilities management Preferred Skills: Expert knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and codes Understanding of architectural practices and engineering systems Project management, financial analysis, and strategic planning skills Ability to interpret construction documents and related drawings Licensure/Certification required within 1 year of hire: Evidence Based Design Certification (EDAC) or Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) or LEAN Practitioner Certification Additional details: Full-time, Monday-Friday, located at 893 Hope Way, Altamonte Springs, FL.
