Job Description: As a Tax Manager , you will provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base within the construction and real estate industries. Your responsibilities include performing tax research, working directly with clients on tax matters, implementing special projects, identifying and executing tax planning strategies, preparing tax calculations, and managing client relationships. You will also focus on developing staff in a highly interactive team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to lead multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Qualifications BS in Accounting required; Masters in Taxation or LLM is a plus CPA required Experience with Real Estate Partnerships preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting focusing on real estate and construction Successful engagement and client management skills Ability to work with the tax team to identify and resolve client issues, supporting creativity and expertise development Experience in growing client relationships Strong leadership and mentorship skills We expect candidates to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship, acting ethically and with integrity at all times. The salary range for this role is estimated to be $84,500 - $201,000 per year, depending on various factors including skills, experience, licensure, and organizational needs.
