Summary: Seeking a Technical Instructor with expertise in ag/construction equipment to develop and deliver training courses for John Deere's compact construction equipment product line. Requirements: Hands-on experience with machine systems including hydraulics, electrical, power train, and engines. Experience developing and delivering presentations to varied audience sizes. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience with construction equipment in roadbuilding and site development applications. Background in training and development related to instructional design, needs assessment, and curriculum development. Experience working directly with heavy equipment customers or dealer networks. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver parts and technical certification courses. Collaborate with Instructional Designers for training material creation. Align training deliverables with Deere and Dealer personnel.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
