Position Summary
Brucha is seeking a Project Support Specialist who will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of projects, operational tasks, and select sales initiatives. This role works closely with the operations team and provides executive support for sales leadership to streamline processes, track priorities, and maintain cross-departmental alignment. The position is critical to managing documentation, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely, accurate communication with internal teams and customers.

Since 1948, BRUCHA has been a market-leading European producer of construction materials to build cold storage facilities, industrial plants, warehouses, and commercial and municipal buildings to satisfy the broad array of structural, energy efficiency and architectural requirements. Headquartered in Austria, Brucha quickly expanded into other European countries and the rest of the world, always focused on a steady and strategic growth of its business.
The basic construction elements in a typical Brucha project typically involve insulated metal panels (“IMPs”) and doors.
After many years of project work around the world, BRUCHA established a subsidiary in Denver, Colorado in early 2018. Now, we are very excited and motivated to bring the right people on board, like you, to build the US arm into a competitive market player in the American commercial and industrial (C&I) panel market.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with project scheduling, tracking, and status updates
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
Support order processing and post-order coordination tasks
Liaise with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounting) to ensure a timely flow of information
Monitor and follow up on project milestones and deliverables
Provide administrative and coordination support for sales leadership, including pipeline tracking, sales reporting, and customer follow-up
Help identify and resolve administrative or process-related issues
Assist with customer communications related to project status, documentation, and scheduling
Support continuous improvement initiatives within operations
Qualifications
Prior experience in project coordination, customer service, administrative support, or sales support required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with standard office software and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, Microsoft Office)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Compensation
Base salary = $60,000/year
401(k) with employer matching contribution
