Telecom Construction Manager (EPA Market)

A Telecom Construction Manager (EPA Market) responsible for the project's construction schedule, expenses, and quality and safety. This position also manages the resources performing the construction work including direct reporting staff, matrix staff, and vendor and subcontractor resources.
Required:
4+ years of industry experience required
Recent AT&T experience is a major requirement. Extensive AT&T experience is preferred.
Previous work on the MCA project is preferred.
This is strictly tower based work. No fiber, no OSP, no small cell.
Valid DL is required
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Engineering or technical degree preferred
Clean Driving Record
1-3 years of experience in financial budget management, close-outs, and financial coordination with subcontractors
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must be able to do pivot tables, V-Lookups and work with large data sets
Familiarity with financial reporting
Administrative / Analytical Skills
Extreme attention to detail
Organizational excellence & time management skills are a must
Ability to track POs, spending and reconcile costs with subcontractor at GC/CM appointed direction
Capable of managing a multitude of different tasks (high volume processing capabilities)
Ability to interact and run subcontractor calls for updates / reporting
Able to read, analyze & understand construction documentation:
Construction Drawings
Structural Analysis / Engineering Reports
Job Responsibilities:
Must maintain and enforce the company’s safety program, ensure daily job site safety plans are reviewed and followed, and stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist
Provides on-site analysis of ongoing specific construction projects; utilizing higher level construction managers or project managers for advice on changes in plans
Interface with the client's engineering team, as well as utilizing the company's engineering and management team for decisions
Installs the quality program for the company’s and subcontractors work, making certain all quality standards are met to customer specifications
