RLM Underground is seeking a motivated and experienced Telecom Construction Manager to oversee underground telecommunications projects in Bastrop, TX. This role is responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring crew safety, maintaining quality standards, and fostering strong customer and homeowner relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecom construction and team leadership, with a commitment to delivering projects efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities • Supervise construction sites to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications • Lead and direct ground crews on daily operations • Manage customer and homeowner interactions, including complaints and restoration concerns • Ensure all work is completed according to approved plans and procedures • Monitor project timelines and drive timely, efficient execution • Conduct daily inspections of equipment and job sites • Daily production reporting to Project Managers and the Leadership team • Prepare redline drawings and daily progress reports • Procure necessary materials and supplies for job sites (e.g., straw, seed, tools, batteries, tarps, paint) • Track and communicate schedule updates
