Telecom Construction Manager

We have an immediate opening for a Telecom Construction Manager to support AT&T tower-based projects in Eastern Pennsylvania (Allentown, Lehigh Valley, South-Central PA, Central PA). This is a hybrid field role —candidates will work from home, local office, and in the field managing GC/subcontractors.
Pay: $38.46–$48.08/hr ($80K–$100K annualized)
Location: Eastern PA (Hybrid field role, local travel only)
Schedule: M–F, flexible daytime hours
Term: 6-month contract with potential to extend
Key Responsibilities: Oversee construction schedule, costs, quality, and safety Lead subcontractors and internal resources across AT&T MCA projects Conduct site walks, manage budgets, closeouts, and ensure compliance Interpret construction drawings and engineering reports
Required Experience: 4+ years in wireless telecom construction Recent AT&T tower experience required (MCA project preferred) Must have clean driving record and valid driver’s license Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, data tracking) Budget management and subcontractor coordination
Preferred: Engineering/technical degree Experience reviewing structural reports and telecom construction documentation
Other Details: U.S. Citizenship required Drug screen (10-panel) & background check with DMV and employment verification Normal travel expenses (gas, lodging if needed) covered
