Location: Within 40 miles of Manhattan

Pay: $38.46/hr $48.08/hr (equivalent to $80K $100K annually)

Term: 6+ Month

An established telecom firm is seeking a Telecom Construction Manager to oversee tower-based wireless projects in the AT&T MCA market. This is a field-focused hybrid role, managing site walks, contractors, budgets, and quality/safety across complex urban environments like Manhattan.

Key Details:

  • Manage construction schedule, costs, safety, and quality
  • Oversee field teams and subcontractorsstrictly tower-based work
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and vendors
  • Projects include AT&T maintenance and component replacement
  • Must reside within 40 miles of NYC

Requirements:

  • 4+ years telecom construction experience
  • Recent or extensive AT&T experience required
  • Prior work on the MCA project highly preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data sets)
  • Strong attention to detail, budget tracking, and documentation
  • Able to analyze construction drawings and structural reports
  • No marijuana usemust pass 10-panel drug screen

Mileage, tolls, and parking are reimbursed. This is a high-visibility role with immediate interviews and onboarding.
