Telecom Construction Manager – EPA Market (Wireless/Tower Projects)
Location : Central Pennsylvania, South-Central PA, Lehigh Valley
Are you a skilled construction manager with a wireless background and experience in AT&T tower-based projects? Selectek is currently recruiting for a Telecom Construction Manager to oversee critical infrastructure upgrades across the EPA market. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both personnel and financial aspects of high-volume telecom construction projects.
Position Responsibilities Manage project schedules, budgets, safety, and quality for wireless tower construction Lead teams including direct staff, matrix personnel, vendors, and subcontractors Conduct subcontractor calls and provide regular updates and reporting Track and reconcile POs and expenditures under GC/CM direction Review and interpret construction documentation (drawings, reports, analyses)
Required Skills & Experience 4+ years in telecom construction (wireless/tower work required; no fiber, OSP, or small cell) AT&T project experience  ; MCA project background is a big plus Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excel expertise: Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, handling large datasets 1–3 years in budget management, financial closeouts, and coordination with subcontractors Outstanding organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and multitasking capability Engineering or technical degree preferred
