Travel: Up to 20% (for team/client meetings) Expenses Covered: Internet (if remote), business travel mileage, cell phone (if used for business and apps) Overview: Team is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver small cell and fiber deployment projects, primarily supporting major carriers such as Verizon and AT&T . This role is delivery-focused and requires strong financial oversight, customer interfacing, and cross-functional coordination. Ideal candidates will have a background in telecom project management, data analysis, and experience managing budgets and schedules across complex deployments.
Key Responsibilities: Manage full project lifecycle from planning to close-out, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams (RF design, permitting, construction, site acquisition, etc.) to meet project deliverables. Lead internal and external deployment meetings; provide detailed project updates to stakeholders and customers. Maintain accurate tracking and documentation for all project phases and ensure timely submission of close-out materials. Proactively manage project risks, escalating issues that may affect timelines or costs. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in project management (telecom or related industries preferred). Strong customer-facing experience; ability to represent company in client meetings. Proven track record managing project budgets and financial reviews. Proficient in MS Excel for data organization and analysis. Understanding of telecom infrastructure (fiber, telco, power, antennas, regulatory). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. PMP certification is a plus. Familiarity with Verizon/AT&T or other carrier-specific project environments. Knowledge of ROW deployments , permitting, and regulatory processes. Work Structure: Hybrid Schedule (Tues–Thurs in-office, Mon/Fri WFH) if near Manhattan or West Henrietta. 100% Remote available if located within the New York region. Business-related expenses reimbursed per company policy.
