*TELECOM CONSTRUCTION WORKER*

*LOCATION: Langley, WA*

*DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT NECESSARILY BE LIMITED TO:* * Preps sites for underground Telecom installations. * Manually locates buried utility lines. * Fits together the proper conduit for the job at hand. * Places and maintains cable/fiber within underground conduit system. * Organizes supplies and materials for scheduled jobs. * Loads and unloads compactor/materials. * Sets Taps and Nids on buildings. * Pull cable/fiber through existing conduit. * Leaves work area neat using rakes, brooms and shovels. * Maintains right-of-ways, including patching roadways and backfill areas. * Installs and maintains pedestals, carrier sites and equipment at subscriber locations. * Operates digging and trenching equipment. * All tasks are done outdoors. * Operate as a Team Member. * Other duties as assigned

*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:* * Ability to lift 70# frequently. * Must have a valid Washington State Driver’s license and insurable driving. * Ability to travel through Canada-US border. * Background check required. * Pre-employment and on-going random drug screens. * Ability to be a positive team member in a fast-paced environment. * Must be eligible to work in the USA.

*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*

Landscaping, construction or general laborer experience.

*Salary range* - $21.00-$36.00 per hour
