Job description:

American Pro Staffing is seeking temporary laborers for a major infrastructure project working to replace the residual lines from various Louisville water treatment plants.

Qualified applicants will be able to lift up to 100 lbs, work in confined spaces, and have at least 2 years of verifiable work experience in the construction field.

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in various construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet project deadlines.

Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Operate basic construction equipment as needed under supervision.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks and transporting them to designated areas on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds).
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with coworkers.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
