Location: Mid-Atlantic (Greater Philadelphia Area)

We're supporting a leading materials manufacturer in hiring an Account Manager to oversee customer relationships and sales operations across the Northeast/Central PA region. This role is focused on account growth, service excellence, and technical product delivery across infrastructure and industrial markets.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
Lead the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely execution and service
Conduct client site visits, product presentations, and field-level support
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal operations and logistics
Report on customer activity and market trends to inform sales strategy

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or Technical field)
3-7+ years of sales or account management experience
Background in construction, industrial, or technical product environments preferred
Strong communication and client service skills

Compensation: Base Salary $115-135K + Performance Bonus | Vehicle/Allowance | Full Benefits | Regional Travel
