Position Purpose:

Trinity Health Mid Atlantic is looking for an experienced Regional Director, Facilities, Construction and Design, to join our team!

What You Will Do:

  • The Director of Facilities will lead the Hospital in major construction projects, managing contracts and vendors, ensuring the facilities projects are within budget, meet the appropriate timelines and meet all code requirements; This position will also be responsible for all financial tracking and value engineering of hospital facility projects; Additionally, this position, in cooperation with the Director of Facilities will be responsible for Environment of Care and activities for the entire campus and off site campuses.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education / Accreditation / Licensure:

  • Technical School / 1 Year College (Required).
  • Technical School / 2 Years College Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • EOC Training
  • HICS Training
  • NIMS Training for Hospitals
  • HVAC License (Preferred)
  • LEED Certification (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 8+ Years of Hospital Facilities Projects and related experience required
