Tower Crane Operator with CDL-A

Olive Recruiting is looking for an experienced Tower Crane Operator with a valid CDL-A license to support our client's project in Savannah, GA.

Location: Savannah, GA Project-based, direct hire with client Anticipated project duration: 6-9 months with potential opportunities for future or full-time Compensation: $175 daily per diem if employee provides own housing; hourly compensation dependent upon experience Company Truck provided for duration of project

Responsibilities: • Operates tower crane to move equipment and materials • Interpret, and calculate the load percentage to properly plan lift operations • Inspecting, clean, and perform maintenance on the equipment and complete inspection report • Assess area of operations for safety issues and required processes and planning of equipment operations • Must determine that the signal person understands and performs proper hand signals before lifting the load • Assist in the training of safe operation of a crane • Perform other job duties as assigned

Qualifications: • Must have an active crane operating license (NCCCO preferred) • 3+ years' experience as a Crane Operator • CDL A license *required*
