Utility Transmission Construction Manager Location: Michigan Flory Line Construction is seeking an experienced Utility Transmission Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-voltage transmission projects. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, and within budget, while maintaining our high standards for quality and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of transmission construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final closeout Coordinate with project managers, field leadership, subcontractors, and utility clients to ensure seamless execution Oversee safety compliance across all job sites, working closely with the Safety Director Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent industry experience Minimum 7 years of experience in utility transmission construction, with at least 3 years in a management role (Preferred) Strong understanding of high-voltage transmission construction methods, safety protocols, and industry regulations Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Why Join Flory Line Construction Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Work with a dedicated team in a company with a strong safety culture and industry reputation
