Position Overview As a construction project manager, you'll lead projects through construction phases, oversee field contract administration, and coordinate programs or projects of diverse and complex nature. You will supervise staff to ensure contractor activities meet design specifications and contractual requirements, acting as the primary on-site liaison between the client, company personnel, and contractors. The construction engineering manager reports to the area manager. Salary Range $180,000 to $230,000 + Key Responsibilities Oversee project administration during construction, ensuring technical, financial, and client satisfaction. Manage construction projects from award to completion. Supervise contractor coordination and scheduling. Maintain budget and schedule, adhering to contractual commitments. Provide construction monitoring and weekly project status reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline. Professional Engineer (PE) license. Minimum ten years of construction inspection experience. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Ability to obtain necessary certifications and pass qualification tests within specified timeframes. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions. Physical ability to perform tasks such as talking, standing, walking, lifting up to 35 lbs, and operating a vehicle.
