Construction related degree preferred 8 years in a heavy civil contractor setting required Ability to travel 100% required Project experience ***** earthwork, underground utilities, piping, site development, etc. Proficiency in any of HCSS/Agtek/Bid2Win/etc pref. Ability to maintain and foster relationships with top commercial contractor Execs and Owners
