Job Description

• Oversee retail construction projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Travel between projects in California and Colorado
• Handle risk management and problem-solving
• Report on project status and progress
• Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retail Construction Manager should have:

• A solid understanding of construction processes and retail environments
• Proven experience in managing construction projects

• Ability to travel between California and Colorado

• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction
