As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be the boots-on-the-ground leader for our project sites, primarily located in the Southeastern United States. You will manage subcontractors, uphold project timelines, and ensure high-quality, safe execution on site. This role requires frequent regional travel with multi-day stays as needed. Lodging and travel-related expenses are provided. Preference is given to candidates based in cities like Atlanta, Nashville, or Louisville to minimize travel time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and to Osborne standards
• Communicate regularly with remote project managers and support staff
• Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation
• Uphold strict safety protocols and address on-site issues as needed
• Represent Osborne professionally with clients, vendors, and trade partners

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the Southeastern region for 2-4 weeks at a time (longer if preferred)
• Based in or near Southeastern metro areas, such as Atlanta or Nashville, is preferred
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams or basic construction management software

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive salary range at $70,000 to $95,000 based on experience
