We are seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across Texas and neighboring states. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Manage daily onsite construction activities from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations. Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality control. Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients and project teams. Travel primarily within Texas, with occasional assignments in nearby states. Qualifications: 5+ years' experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
