We’re looking for a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction efforts for national retail and restaurant build-outs, remodels, and special programs. This is a high-trust leadership role—boots on the ground, empowered to execute projects with excellence and solve problems in real time. You’ll be the face of Barranco on-site, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring schedule and safety alignment, and representing the heart of who we are to our clients.

• Lead on-site execution of ground-up or remodel projects, typically in the convenience store, restaurant, and retail sectors
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure all trades deliver on quality, safety, and schedule
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, inspectors, and vendors
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues before they escalate
• Complete daily logs, maintain schedules, and uphold site cleanliness
• Travel nationwide with professionalism, discipline, and ownership

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills—you set the tone for your jobsite
• Comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams and fast-track timelines
• Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to complete upon hire)
