Job Summary

We are seeking a Traveling Safety Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing and enforcing safety protocols across multiple job sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and promoting a culture of safety. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for workplace safety and a willingness to travel extensively.

What You'll Do

Oversee and enforce safety protocols across job sites Ensure OSHA and site-specific compliance Conduct routine site safety inspections and audits Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions Deliver effective employee safety training Maintain all safety-related documentation and records Review and approve project-specific safety plans Champion a culture of safety at every level What You Bring Minimum 2 years of safety experience in construction or heavy civil OSHA 10 or 30-hour training CPR/First Aid certification Strong understanding of OSHA standards and construction safety practices Willingness and ability to travel frequently Excellent communication and leadership skills Benefits Package Competitive Salary 100% paid premiums for Dental and Vision plans for the employee and all dependents Malcolm covers an average of ninety-five percent of the medical premium for the employee and all dependents Malcolm contributes up to 10% of your salary into a retirement plan.
