Solar Tracker Installation Manager

Goal: Ensure solar tracker installations exceed customer expectations and develop customer loyalty through high-quality performance and technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide worldwide technical support, ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
  • Translate wiring and construction schematics for civil, structural, and electrical installations.
  • Adhere to OSHA and product safety standards, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in project preplanning, including reviewing plans, manpower, sequencing, material requisitions, and subcontractor scopes.
  • Maintain effective communication with project managers, engineers, and clients.
  • Develop construction schedules, create daily progress reports, and track site activities.
  • Work with subcontractors, temporary labor, electricians, and team on planning and quality control.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience as a CM or Mechanical Foreman on utility scale solar builds.
  • Must have experience working with solar tracker installations.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems, proficiency with heavy and basic building equipment, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, leadership, client relationship management, and detail-oriented.

This role is crucial for ensuring the successful installation and performance of products, emphasizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This is a 100% travel role, employees will be traveling 3-4 weeks at a time; must be willing to travel throughout the US.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
