Traveling Superintendent - Data Center Construction

We’re currently partnering with a top-tier client seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee field operations on data center construction projects nationwide. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong background in high-performance, mission-critical environments. Key Responsibilities: Take charge of day-to-day field activities on fast-paced data center sites
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain workflow and productivity
Enforce jobsite safety and ensure all work meets company and client standards
Act as the field liaison with the project management team, driving progress and issue resolution
Uphold strict timelines and deliver quality builds on schedule and within scope
Qualifications: 5 years of superintendent experience, preferably in data centers or similar mission-critical builds
Willing and able to travel extensively and stay on-site throughout project lifecycles
Deep familiarity with MEP systems, construction schedules, and jobsite safety requirements
Strong leadership presence with clear, confident communication skills
