Siegfried Rivera has an immediate opening for a skilled and motivated Trial Attorney with at least 5+ years of trial experience, preferably in construction litigation or commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will be able to handle complex multi-party cases in state and federal court, attend hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and manage cases effectively. Strong knowledge of construction, lien, and surety law is preferred. This role offers hybrid work options after the initial training period, competitive compensation with an annual bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package. In addition, you shall receive 10% of the receipts on clients you originate.
