A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney specializing in personal injury cases in Honolulu, HI. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with clients, and advocate in trials, ensuring favorable outcomes. Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients. Conduct depositions, draft motions, and lead mediations. Serve as lead counsel in jury trials. Requirements Minimum of 3 years in personal injury or civil litigation; 5-8 years preferred. Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred. At least 5+ first chair trial verdicts; 10+ preferred. Exceptional communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Hawaii. Skills Strong legal acumen and trial experience. Ability to develop comprehensive case strategies. Proficient in using legal technology and resources. Dedicated office space with support from a case manager and paralegal. Access to proprietary AI software for demand letter drafting. Expedited access to medical records through in-house services. Financial support for all legal expenses incurred during cases.
