Our client, a modular Home manufacturer is seeking Trim Department worker  to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, be a team player and be dependable which will align successfully in the organization.
Position Summary:
This role involves installing and finishing interior trim components such as baseboards, crown molding, window and door casings, and cabinetry in manufactured homes. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship and works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install interior trim including baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings, and cabinetry. Measure, cut, and fit trim materials with precision using hand and power tools. Sand, caulk, and finish trim to meet quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints and work orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of homes. Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, or interior finishing is a plus. Ability to use tape measures, saws, nail guns, and other tools. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
