Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Role: Vice President of Construction - Ultra Luxury Homes (single family) Location: Austin, TX Salary: Profit share + competitive base salary + bonus + medical insurance + benefits An extremely reputable high-end nation-wide developer & ultra-luxury builder who specialize in super high-end private residential communities & resorts are looking to appoint a VP / COO level person for their Austin division. Reporting into the Divisional President, this position will run the entirety of the Austin developments & sites as number one person in that capacity. You will be a senior individual who through your career have consistently been involved in single family homes in excess of $8m each in the Austin market. The overall development will be well in excess of $600m, and in terms of Longevity of employment, there will be at least 10 years of development.
