This is a hands-on leadership role, not a consultancy. Responsibilities Own a critical launch domain such as regulatory navigation, campus development, systems implementation, or financial orchestration. Lead cross-functional initiatives with full autonomy. Test and implement operational frameworks. Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to create launch infrastructure. Utilize AI tools to improve operations. What You Won’t Be Doing Acting as a passive consultant. Dealing with bureaucratic hurdles; you'll have direct access to decision-makers. Focusing solely on one market; you'll manage multiple regions. Waiting for instructions; you'll set the course. Delegating crucial decisions; you'll have the final say. Key Responsibilities Spearhead and deliver a core operational component of the nationwide school launch initiative with speed, precision, and scalability, with full autonomy over your domain. Minimum Requirements 7-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years at MBB firms. Proven success managing complex operations in dynamic environments. Expertise in regulatory compliance, facility development, onboarding systems, or financial operations. Strong analytical and execution skills.
