What You Will Be Doing

• Take complete ownership of a critical launch domain: choose between regulatory navigation, campus development, systems implementation, or financial operations
• Drive decisions with full autonomy and direct accountability for outcomes
• Create and validate scalable operational playbooks in real-time conditions
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and key stakeholders to build launch-ready infrastructure
• Leverage cutting-edge AI and automation to revolutionize operational efficiency
  
  

• Sitting on the sidelines as a strategic consultant - this is a hands-on leadership role
• Navigating bureaucratic channels - you'll have direct access to decision-makers
• Focusing on single-market operations - you'll orchestrate simultaneous launches across multiple locations
• Waiting for direction - you'll be the one setting the course
• Passing difficult decisions upstream - the buck stops with you
  
  

• Minimum 3-year tenure at an MBB consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG)
• Demonstrated success leading complex operations in fast-paced, uncertain environments
• Exceptional expertise in at least one area: regulatory compliance, facility development, systems implementation, or large-scale financial operations
• Self-driven execution capability with strong analytical foundation
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
