What You Will Be Doing

Your Profile Should Include

Minimum 3-year tenure at an MBB consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) Demonstrated success leading complex operations in fast-paced, uncertain environments Exceptional expertise in at least one area: regulatory compliance, facility development, systems implementation, or large-scale financial operations Self-driven execution capability with strong analytical foundation Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for technological innovation

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
