Responsibilities Leading the Indianapolis construction strategy, driving new business in areas that align with the overall company strategy A focus on commercial projects, particularly healthcare, schools, datacenters. Overall regional management of the Indy team, including hiring the strategy Provide overall leadership and direction for all construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, budgets, and timelines. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, local authorities, and clients.
