Industry Construction Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Construction Operations to lead and manage a talented team of site Project Managers and their associated site teams. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of overseeing project construction activities, conducting job cost analysis, and ensuring the profitability of all initiatives. You'll play an essential part in estimating bids, managing procurement, scheduling, and cost control while fostering effective communication among various project stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include upholding high standards of quality and safety and orchestrating the collaboration of all parties involved in our projects. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, with at least 20 years of robust experience in drilled shaft installation and construction. We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong foundation in the specific construction techniques and systems used by our company, including CIDH piles, support of excavation systems, and below-grade foundation systems. A proven track record of at least 15 years as a project manager and at least 5 years as a responsible estimator is essential. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are a must, along with the ability to work efficiently with a diverse range of stakeholders.
