In this critical role, you will manage and execute a wide range of construction projects, including capital expenditures, make-ready efforts, and tenant improvements. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Leasing team in formulating budgets and defining project scopes. Preparing and managing comprehensive scopes of work for various project types, such as value-added conversion projects. Traveling 40% of the time, both locally and nationally, to oversee project execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial, distribution, or warehouse asset management. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as architecture, engineering, or construction management and 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale tenant improvements and capital expenditures on a national scale is required.
