About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Estimator or VP of Pre-Construction to lead its estimating and BIM teams. The successful candidate will be a strategic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking leader with a passion for accuracy, innovation, and team leadership. Key responsibilities for this highly visible role include developing accurate and detailed cost estimates, participating in project budgeting and pursuit strategy, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the success of pre-construction operations. The role also involves mentoring and supporting the team, staying updated on the latest construction technologies, and identifying opportunities for prefab and lean construction.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of experience in electrical construction, and a strong understanding of electrical systems and construction project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate proficiency with estimating tools and construction software.
