About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Construction to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational excellence of construction projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and process refinement. This role involves working closely with the COO to develop and implement effective field practices, as well as overseeing the P&L for various accounts. The VP of Construction will also be instrumental in the growth of the customer base, and in the recruitment, training, and management of new team members. A key aspect of the position is to lead by example, inspire team members, and ensure that all actions align with the company's core values.
Candidates for this role should have extensive experience in telecommunications operational leadership, preferably with a background as a general contractor, and a strong technical understanding of construction methodologies and safety protocols. Strategic planning, project management, and excellent leadership skills are essential, as is a commitment to safety and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The role requires a high level of adaptability, a strong work ethic, and a focus on integrity and accountability.
