DASMEN Residential is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Construction to lead and manage all construction and renovation initiatives across our portfolio of properties throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities: Lead all construction and renovation projects across the U.S., ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with company goals Manage contractor relationships, RFPs, and bid processes Oversee project budgets, change orders, schedules, and compliance with local codes and standards Conduct regular site visits and ensure project milestones are achieved Collaborate with asset management, operations, and acquisitions teams to prioritize and plan projects Report regularly to executive leadership on project status, budget updates, and risks Requirements
