The VP of Project Construction reports to the COO and is part of the executive leadership team. This role is the primary manager of all phases of an energy project, with the objective of successful completion on time and within budget while maintaining quality, safety, and cash management standards and producing strong customer references. Assigned projects will include microgrid installations (solar, battery, generators), energy efficiency measures (MEP systems, lighting, building automation), and carbon reduction strategies to help commercial and industrial customers across the U.S. become more sustainable, save money, and improve processes. In this role, you will manage multiple projects from development through post-construction, including design, contract negotiations, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising various construction scopes and working with building owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
