Requirements:

Technician experience required, preferably in a dealership.

Volkswagen experience but not required if experience level is sufficient.

Strong understanding of automotive mechanics, including engine operation, electrical systems, and various vehicle components.

Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues.

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Staying updated on the latest automotive technology and manufacturer specifications.

Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and identify the root cause of problems.

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy parts and materials.

Valid driver's license
