Job Description
- Oversee the execution of public sector projects under Wicks Law.
- Manage coordination among multiple prime contractors and trades.
- Lead project scheduling, budgeting, MEP coordination, and on-site supervision.
- Ensure compliance with public-sector regulations and client requirements.
- Interface with stakeholders including municipalities, architects, and engineers.

The Successful Applicant
You have extensive Wicks Law project management experience, ideally across municipal, healthcare, or educational sectors. You're comfortable managing complex MEP coordination and project logistics. A mechanical or construction-related background, OSHA certification, and experience with tools like Procore or Revit are highly valued.
